Perfect Your Aim Across Every Game
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing the AimSync dashboard, or utilizing our sensitivity conversion engine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using AimSync on behalf of a clan, esports organization, or educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
AimSync Technologies, LLC operates this platform to provide mathematical sensitivity calculations, crosshair code generators, and aim training analytics. Our services are strictly for personal practice and competitive preparation. We do not endorse, facilitate, or distribute unauthorized third-party software, aimbots, or game-modifying exploits. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our eDPI algorithms or bypass our rate limits will result in immediate account suspension.
2. Account Security & Acceptable Use
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AimSync credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Each user profile must be linked to a valid email address, and sharing your login details with unauthorized third parties violates this agreement.
Permitted activities include calculating mouse sensitivity for supported titles (Valorant, CS2, Overwatch 2, Apex Legends, and Rainbow Six Siege), generating custom crosshair configurations, and tracking your personal aim progression metrics. Prohibited activities include scraping our API endpoints, posting malicious scripts in our community forums, or using our tools to develop automated aiming macros. AimSync reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate the End User License Agreements of the games we support.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
AimSync provides all sensitivity calculators, overlay tools, and training recommendations on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we rigorously test our mathematical formulas against official game engine scaling factors, we make no guarantees regarding precision across non-standard DPI settings or custom polling rates.
In no event shall AimSync Technologies, LLC, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, lost competitive matches, ranking drops, or hardware wear resulting from high-intensity aim training sessions. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed fifty U.S. dollars ($50.00). You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AimSync from any third-party claims related to your misuse of our generated crosshair codes or sensitivity values.
4. Modifications & Support
We may revise these Terms of Service periodically to reflect updates to our calculator engine, new game title integrations, or changes in applicable privacy regulations. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered account address at least fourteen days before they take effect.

Our support desk operates Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 EST. Continued use of any AimSync service following the posting of modified terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
